1. Orders and Payment
Once you submit an order and complete the payment in our store, it will be deemed effective. We will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding customized items).
If we are unable to ship due to insufficient inventory, product removal, or other reasons, we will proactively contact you to provide a refund or replacement plan.
2. Customized products
Customized decorative paintings (including photo customization, text customization, size customization, etc.) are exclusive production products. Once confirmed for production, cancellation of orders or unconditional returns are not supported.
Before customization, we will provide a preview image for your confirmation. You need to carefully check the content, size, and color. Any errors caused by production after confirmation are not within the scope of returns and exchanges.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any delay in shipment or damage to goods caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, logistics delays, customs inspections, etc.
For returns not caused by quality issues, we are only responsible for the refund of the product itself and do not bear any additional shipping, installation, or indirect losses.
