Regular products: shipped within 1-3 working days after payment (extended on weekends and statutory holidays).
Customized products: Production and shipment will be completed within 5-7 working days after payment.
After shipment, the logistics tracking number will be provided via email/SMS, and you can check the package status in real-time.
2. Logistics channels
International orders: Select postal parcels/specialized logistics/commercial express according to the destination. The specific shipping cost and delivery time are subject to the settlement page.
• Decorative paintings are fragile, and we will use thickened cardboard+foam corner protection+pearl cotton multi-layer packaging to avoid transport damage to the greatest extent.
3. Logistics delay
If the package is delayed due to the logistics service provider's reasons, we will assist you in contacting the logistics provider to inquire and follow up, but we will not be responsible for any indirect losses caused by the delay.
If the package is lost or severely damaged, we will provide you with a free replacement or full refund after verification.
4. Receipt and acceptance inspection
Please open the box for inspection within 24 hours after receiving the package. If you find that the goods are damaged, missing, or sent incorrectly, please take photos immediately and contact customer service. We will prioritize processing.
If there is no feedback within 24 hours without reasonable reasons, it will be deemed that the goods are intact and signed for.
5. Freight Description
International orders: The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product, destination, and logistics channel, and is automatically calculated during settlement, excluding destination tariffs.
Non quality issue returns: The return shipping cost will be borne by you; Quality issue return: We will bear the return shipping cost.
